This notice explains what data mandesegames.com processes, why, and what choices you have. In short: no accounts, no forms, no visitor analytics or ads of our own: we only count, in total, how many times the links in our posts are opened. Third-party content (Playgama games and YouTube videos) loads only if you allow it.
Data controller
Mandese Games is the studio name of Raffaele Mandese, a private individual, who is the controller of the personal data processed on this website. For any question or request: rmandese@gmail.com.
What data we process
- Browsing data. When you visit, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, date and time. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse and attacks. Technical logs are kept for 7 days at most. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Emails. If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply. We keep them for the conversation and delete them within 12 months. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Links in our posts. The short links we use on social media (mandesegames.com/go/…) take you straight to the game and count how many times they are opened, per day and per link. We keep only these totals: no IP address, no cookies, nothing that identifies you. They tell us which posts work. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Preferences on your device. Your language and your choice about third-party content are stored in your browser and are not sent to us.
We use no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies of our own, we do not sell data and we make no automated decisions about you.
Third-party content, only with your consent
- Playgama games. Our games are hosted and served by Playgama (LeadToChanges L.L.C-FZ, United Arab Emirates). If you press Play and agree, the game loads from Playgama’s servers, which receive your IP address and device data and may use cookies and local storage, including for advertising and to save your progress. Playgama is an independent controller: Playgama privacy policy. The transfer to the UAE, which has no EU adequacy decision, is based on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR).
- YouTube videos. Trailers load from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd), in privacy-enhanced mode, only if you press play and agree. Google may use cookies: Google privacy policy. Any transfer to the United States takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Social networks and stores. Links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Steam and Epic are plain links: nothing is sent until you open them.
- Fonts. Fonts are served by our own site: no requests to Google Fonts.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Who receives the data
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site as our processor (Cloudflare privacy policy; transfers to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). Playgama and Google receive data only if you load their content, as independent controllers. No one else.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to rmandese@gmail.com. You can withdraw consent from “Cookie settings”, without affecting processing already carried out. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or with the authority of your country.
Children
The site has no accounts or forms and does not knowingly collect data from children. Data processed by Playgama inside the games is covered by its own policy.
Changes
If we change this notice we update the date at the top. For important changes we will ask you again before loading third-party content.
